Great experience with Birchwood. Joe is very knowledgeable and spends time explaining to you. They did a French drain and revamped two awful simp pits. His crew is absolutely fantastic. Austin, Jim and Bill were amazing. Worked hard, explained everything and clearly take pride in their craft. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I had a great installation experience with Joe and his team. Joe did a great job of explaining the process, the quote was very fair compared to other quotes I received and the install was done efficiently and cleanly. All around it was a great experience. Joe and his team did a great job installing the dump pump s free months ago. Today, because of all the rain, I came home to several inches of water in the basement. Joe did offer to come take a look, but was able to help me trouble shoot the sump pump over the phone. Turns out a breaker had tripped and we didn't realize it. I contacted Birchwood Basement Waterproofing a few months ago.  I told them about a problem with water in our laundry room after heavier storms.  I was tired of using the Shop vac every time we had a storm like that.  The gentleman showed up the next day and gave me a very reasonable price estimate and time frame to start the project.  Our problem was with 1 wall.  A few days later, the crew of 2 showed up in the morning and were done around lunch time.  They cleaned up the mess and left a smooth concrete floor along the wall where they had constructed a channel beneath the floor.  GREAT JOB!  I no longer have any water issues and highly recommend this company for the personal professional caring touch.  Do not hesitate to call them 1st.  They are the only call you will need to make. Quality work at a reasonable price

We got tired of constantly getting water in our basement. We had several companies give us suggestions and estimates. Joe had a no nonsense approach and scheduled us quickly. It’s perfect now

After all this rain finally received water in my basement. After getting a referral I called Joe at Birchwood and glad I did. I highly recommend their work!

I own and rent out a duplex and would get water in the basements during heavy rains. I would have to go over and clean up with a wet vac. I had Birchwood Basement Waterproofing install their system in the Fall of 2017 and have not had any water problems since.

I am absolutely thrilled

In April, 2005, Birchwood installed a waterproofing system in my basement and basement garage. Previous to this, there was significant flooding in those areas with each drenching period of rain and snow melt. Since the installation of the waterproofing system by Birchwood, the basement and garage have remained totally dry through torrential and prolonged rain fall. It is such a relief not to have to muck out a deluge of water after each rainstorm and particularly not to have to worry about the long-term destructive effect of wetness and seepage in the foundation walls of the house. I am absolutely thrilled with the efficiency of the system and the total success at solving this distressing problem. In addition, the company’s owner, Joe Czarnecki, was quite plain spoken and fair in his evaluation and price. The boys on the work crew were amenable and professional
