Joe and his team did a great job installing the dump pump s free months ago. Today, because of all the rain, I came home to several inches of water in the basement. Joe did offer to come take a look, but was able to help me trouble shoot the sump pump over the phone. Turns out a breaker had tripped and we didn't realize it.
